Story Time

I used to live my life on autopilot...until i rewired everything & Stepped into the driver's seat of my life

I was like a lot of people- I felt lost, confused, and anxiously chasing my desires. I had visions of what my life could be like - but my life did not reflect that vision whatsoever.
I was stuck in “shoulds” — following what the world told me to do, shouldn't do, what to fear, what to play "safe" around, how to be digestible in order to be accepted. And while it all sounded like good advice, it capped my potential, stripped me of who I truly was, my uniqueness and most importantly, my creative power.

The day the dynamics and reality of my life changed was when I was no longer willing to tolerate, accept and carry what was no longer serving me. 



 

  

First I had to work on my frame of mind. Meaning, I had beliefs, patterns, and behaviors around my specific desire (love, career, abundance, opportunities, etc.) that were not supportive to me. They were not helping me create the life that I wanted. 

This included how I thought about my desire, how I responded to it, the expectations I held and what I did to reinforce them, my fears around it, what I spoke, the emotions I held, the energies I embodied and the identity I assigned myself.

I taught myself a process to break free from what previously kept me stuck- same thoughts, patterns, beliefs, and energies. Through this process, I learned how to shift into the energy of receiving and co-creating the life of my choosing. I learned to receive and attract my desires in a way that worked for me, that was right for my personality, that aligned with my calling, that fully supported me and the life I set out to create. 

At one point in my life, I did this work around love and relationships. Today, I am in a beautiful relationship that I had once only dreamed about. Then I did it around my career, rapidly advancing into higher and higher roles until I eventually was drawn to opening up my very own coaching business.  I continue to do this work today around abundance and opportunities that fulfill my life’s desires.

What I know for sure is this: The work around co-creating and attracting your dream life remains the same. No matter what area in your life you choose to elevate, the principles and spiritual stratgeies I teach you remain constant. Co-creating and attracting the life you dream of, the life you love requires intention, clarity, and purpose. These things don’t happen by accident…they happen by design.

I also know this, your desires are there on purpose. They are the blueprint to the life of your dreams- they are meant to get your attention, they are absolutely divinely guided, AND...
