Most people who have specific goals or dreams don't go after them because of their mindset. Because of something that tells them that it's too hard, impossible or scary. That is why one of my main coaching components is mindset work and mindset rewiring. Most people also don't realize how malleable the brain is. Neuroplasticity allows us to create new neural networks that make doing the new thing easy and less scary. This is what allows the brain to grow and change. Your potential is never capped, yet somehow we find ourselves feeling that cap and like we can't surpass it. Manifestation is about aligning your thoughts, emotions and actions with what you are striving for. So that you can make the seemingly impossible possible. Manifestation isn't about making something come about out of thin air (even though it may look like that). It's about creating an intentional shift consistently. It is simply a byproduct of who you have become. By changing your internal world, you change your external world and the circumstances you experience. You are able to command things into existence through changing how you operate. Believe it or not, everyone is manifesting either consciously or unconsciously. I teach you how to be conscious of your impact and align it with what you desire so that you can begin to experience them effortlessly.
